Returns Policy

Get Yourself Noticed Ltd aims to provide high quality goods, delivered free from fault or damage. We have a legal duty to supply the Goods in conformity with the Contract. Upon delivery, the Goods will:

1. be of satisfactory quality;

2. be reasonably fit for any particular purpose for which you buy the Goods which, before the Contract is made, you made known to us (unless you do not actually rely, or it is unreasonable for you to rely, on our skill and judgment) and be fit for any purpose held out by us or set out in the Contract; and

3. conform to their description.

If you change your mind and wish to return the Goods, then we are happy to offer a refund, provided the Goods are returned in their original condition within 14 days from delivery. The deadline is met if you send back the Goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You agree that you will have to bear the cost of returning the Goods.

If the Goods or packaging are returned damaged, or are not in a reusable/sellable condition, then we reserve the right to decline a refund. Alternatively, we may choose to make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any Goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (i.e. handling the Goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods: e.g. it goes beyond the sort of handling that might be reasonably allowed in a shop). This is because you are liable for that loss.

Risk of damage to, or loss of, any Goods will pass to you when the Goods are delivered to you.

If Goods are delivered to you in a faulty or damaged condition, then please contact us at where we will endeavour to resolve this for you. We may offer a replacement or alternatively reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may require the return of faulty or damaged goods and when required we will either reimburse to you this cost of return delivery or offer you a collection service. This must be agreed prior to the return of Goods.
